Yes ladies and gentlemen, it was only last week when I got me the Adobe CS04 Master Collection! I couldn't wait to start learning my way around softwares like Photoshop®, After Effects®, and my personal favorite; Adobe Flash®.
Most of these softwares are a piece of cake to learn to use, but Flash has proven it self a challange worthy of my skillz (assume I have any). If you want to learn flash animation and actionscripting and are finding yourself lost and not knowing where to start, here are a few tips and links to get you going:
- Freelance Flash Games.com
- I have not used this site much, but it's good to know it exists
- *Go-Devil-Dante at Deviantart.com
- he has two or three VERY good tutorials, find them and use them!
- Build A Video Jigsaw Puzzle in Flash
- Again, haven't tried it, but this and your own dress up game are the first two games you're gonna be making.
- Also teaches how to make a Jigsaw...
- This website is the mother of all flash tutorials on the internet. At least in my universe
- Dress-Up Game in 6 steps
- Actionscript.org
- This Site, the first thing that pops up when doing a google search.
- Character Movement
- There is one other site out there, but I didn't bookmark it and now it's lost -.-
These are mostly all Actionscript tutorials, and I have still yet to master the software itself (navigation and so- on). And when I've got all that covered I will of course share with you my links.
See you guys later! This is the first thing I ever did on flash. Enjoy:
